One of the most award-winning Sauvignon Blancs in Chile, in many ways this wine shows most clearly the surprising characteristics that our vineyard imparts to our wines, with distinctive notes such as smoke and sea salt. A unique style that is in part due to harvesting at night then leaving the grapes to cold soak on their skins for at least 5 days before being pressed. On the nose intense notes of key lime, guayaba and sea salt dominate with just a hint of smoke. In the mouth, bright flavours of ginger, citrus zest and white pepper give way to a tight mineral backbone and fresh acidity.
