Easy Returns

Return Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items:
All returned wine bottles must be unopened and in their original product packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:
We cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error. Simply contact us, and we'll handle the rest with our white-glove service.

How to Initiate a Return:
Please call us at 313-444-2736 or send us an email to start your return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange pickup. At our discretion, we may send a replacement bottle at no additional charge.

Damaged Items in Transit:
If your order arrives damaged, please provide evidence such as photos or a carrier damage report. We will replace damaged items at no charge. Pickup of damaged items may be arranged at our discretion.

Refund Timing:
Refunds are processed the same day we receive the returned item.

Order Cancellations & Undeliverable Packages:
Orders cancelled before delivery will be refunded once the shipment is returned to our warehouse.
Undeliverable orders (e.g., recipient unavailable to sign) will either be refunded automatically or reshipped for a $19.95 fee.
For reshipping, complete and verifiable delivery information is required, including recipient’s full name, valid address, and phone number.
Please note: An adult with valid ID must be present to sign for alcohol deliveries.
