No, there are no additional charges on your order. All fees are included, with no hidden costs.

Yes, you can add a personal gift message to each recipient, even to multiple recipients within the same order.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed, such as updating the delivery address, recipient's name, or adding more wines?

Yes, you can make changes immediately after placing an order by accessing it in your account. If more than a few hours have passed, please send your request tosupport@primewines.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we can assist you with any changes, including updating the delivery address, recipient's name, or adding more wines. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Can I place an order from outside the delivery country and send it to a recipient in Canada or the USA?

Yes, we accept orders from anywhere in the world where it is legal to place them, and we deliver to locations within the USA and Canada where alcohol delivery is permitted. You can place your order online, via email, or by calling us at (313) 444-2736.

Can I put a longer gift message than the allowed 120 characters?

Depending on the destination we can sometimes accommodate a longer message. Please send your request to support@primewines.com, we'll do our best to make an exception for you.

Can we include our business card with our order?

Yes, we can include your business cards or letterhead with any order at no extra cost. Please contact support@primewines.com for more details.

Can you ship to multiple addresses or send gifts to over 50 people?

Yes, we specialize in shipping to multiple addresses and can handle orders for any number of recipients. You can order on our site and select "ship to multiple addresses," or send us a spreadsheet, and we will handle it for you. Upload our easy order form or send us your own spreadsheet for bulk orders.

Does the delivery charge apply per bottle or per order?

Our standard delivery charge is $19.95 per location. If you're sending multiple bottles to one address, we only charge one delivery fee.

How do I pay for the invoice you are sending?

The invoice you receive will contain a secure link to pay with credit card.

Will my order look like a gift and include my personal message?

Yes, all wines are elegantly wrapped in gift bags or wine gift boxes to create a 'gifty' appearance. You can also include a personal message with each bottle at no additional cost.

Do you accept credit cards and PayPal for payments?

Yes, we accept PayPal, American Express (Amex), Visa, Mastercard, Discover and JCB.

Where can I get invoices of my orders?

You can view your invoices by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If you need a PDF of an invoice, please contact support@primewines.com

Tracking/Delivery

Can I specify a delivery date or what is your general delivery time?

Yes, our standard delivery time is 3-6 business days, but if you have a specific delivery date requirement, please send your request to support@primewines.com. We'll make sure it gets there in time.

Is there a way to cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately to cancel. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer cancel it.

My order has not been delivered. What should I do?

We apologize for the delay. Our typical delivery time is 4-5 days. Remote areas, out-of-stock wines, or special requests may add an extra day or two. If your order is late, we can refund the shipping cost. Please contact us with any further questions.

What shipping couriers do you use?

We use FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, and CanPar to deliver our orders.

Where do you deliver wine?

We deliver nationwide in Canada and the USA, where legally permitted. Let us know your shipping location, and we will confirm if we can send your gift there. Note: No alcohol deliveries are permitted in the states of Utah, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Oklahoma.
