Wine Delivery Information For US And Canada
Wine may be delivered in Canada, and the USA except where prohibited by law.
Standard delivery is $17.95. While 7-10 days is considered "normal" delivery in Canada we can usually have orders completed faster. Longer delivery times generally are due to prohibitive weather conditions or delayed responses from clients when we require additional information.
Wine may be sold only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old.
There are a number of states within the United States where we are still working to establish direct delivery channels. At this time we have no wine delivery in the following states:
Note: We can deliver gift baskets, flowers and other non-alcoholic products to the above states.
Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped Air Delivery and may additional charge. We will contact you if this is necessary.
Our inventories are extensive, but not all wines are available for delivery in all states/provinces. Some retailers reserve the right to substitute comparable wine if necessary to complete an order but we always guarantee your complete satisfaction.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.
Wines may be delivered in the USA and Canada where permitted by law.

"Undelivered" orders may require this fee if they are canceled at a later date. Expedited delivery requires an additional charge but the same rules apply. The buyer is responsible for all delivery charges on any package returned undelivered for any reason
The buyer is solely responsible for delivery of wine. By placing an order, you authorize us to act as an Agent on your behalf to engage retailer or other Licensee, pay for and arrange delivery via common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.
Some states do not allow consumers to purchase alcohol from outside of their state. PrimeWines.com markets only in those states that allow consumers to purchase wine for their own personal use. We never handle, ship deliver or take title to your merchandise.
PrimeWines.com may enlist the services of 3rd party licensees to comply with wine laws and to facilitate delivery in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
If you believe that you should be able to order wine and have it delivered to you, but your state legislators will not allow it, we strongly encourage you to write and tell them that you support direct delivery.
