Send us one spreadsheet of recipients anywhere in the United States and Canada. We create every order, ship each one gift-wrapped, track it, and bill you on a single invoice. There is no cap on the number of recipients. Five gifts or five hundred, the process is the same.

Every price includes taxes and duties. Delivery is a flat $19.95 per address in both the US and Canada.

Each recipient can get a different wine and their own gift message.

Every bottle ships in a gift bag or gift box with its own tracking number.

What is Upload Gift Express?

Upload Gift Express is Prime Wines' service for sending wine gifts to a list of recipients. You upload one spreadsheet of names and addresses, we create and ship every order across the United States and Canada, and you receive one invoice. Prime Wines has run corporate wine gifting this way since 1999.

How many recipients can I send to at once?

There is no cap. Five recipients or five hundred, one spreadsheet covers them all and you get a single invoice. Most corporate lists run from 5 to 200 or more.

Can one spreadsheet include recipients in both the US and Canada?

Yes. Put US and Canadian recipients on the same list. We ship to both countries from one order, on one invoice, with no customs paperwork on your end. Canadian prices already include duties and taxes.

What does it cost, and are there any fees beyond the wine?

Every price shown includes taxes and duties. Delivery is a flat $19.95 per address in both the US and Canada. Multiple bottles to one address pay one delivery fee. There are no setup, handling, or spreadsheet fees.

What do I need to put in the spreadsheet?

For each recipient: name, street address, phone number, the wine, and the gift message. Use our order form or your own file. If it opens in Excel, we can work with it.

Can each recipient get a different wine and a different gift message?

Yes. Different wines and different messages for different people on the same list are fine. Put each choice in its own row.

How do I pay?

Within a few business hours you receive one itemized invoice with a secure link to pay by credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and PayPal. Orders ship after payment.

How long does delivery take, and can I pick a delivery date?

Standard delivery is 3 to 6 business days. If you need a specific delivery date, put it in the spreadsheet or tell us by email and we plan around it. Remote areas or out-of-stock wines can add a day or two.

Will the wine arrive looking like a gift?

Yes. Every bottle ships in a gift bag or wine gift box with your gift message. Your business card or letterhead can go in every box at no charge.

How do I track the deliveries?

After payment, every recipient gets their own order number under your invoice, so you can track each delivery individually and receive email notifications. We ship with FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, and CanPar.

Are there addresses you cannot deliver to?

Carriers will not deliver alcohol to a PO box, so use street addresses. An adult of legal drinking age must sign for the package, so home addresses work best for people who are rarely at the office. No alcohol deliveries are permitted in Utah, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Oklahoma.

Can I place the order from outside the US or Canada?

Yes. We accept orders from anywhere in the world where it is legal to place them, and we deliver to addresses in the US and Canada where alcohol delivery is permitted. Select other countries are available to established clients on request.
